Zumba® Fitness is a Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, dance-fitness party!  Classes are fun-filled, calorie-burning, bootie-shaking, rocking music, and good times!  Just move to the music and follow my lead.  Choose a level comfortable for your body.  Screaming, yelling, hooting and hollering are greatly encouraged and applauded!  I guarantee you will have a blast!
Zumba Gold® modifies moves and pacing to suit the needs of those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle, as well as the active older participant.
Zumba Toning® combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy
cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching,
strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight,
maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones,
including arms, abs, glutes, and thighs.
The Zumba Gold Toning® combines Zumba Gold® with the strength
training techniques of Zumba Toning® to create an easy to follow, health-boosting, dance fitness program for the active older adult, as well as beginners.  With modified dynamic lightweight resistance training, participants can help prevent age-related bone
loss; increase muscle strength and definition; decrease body fat; and improve mobility posture, coordination, and cognition.
